BOLD BUSINESS LEAGUE – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ABOUT THE LEAGUE

What exactly is the Bold Business League?

The Bold Business League (BBL) is a category creating League Mastermind which is a structured system that forces strategy, execution, and accountability to help business owners reach success far beyond what they’ve achieved alone.

Competition gives you a target. Your teammates help you build strategy. Accountability systems keep you on track and make your progress visible to everyone. It’s not consulting or coaching. It’s competition, collaboration, and accountability working together to make you perform at your max potential.

Who founded the League?

The League was founded by Lee Godbold, a multi–7-figure entrepreneur who built several top-performing companies in the junk removal, manufacturing, and digital marketing industries.

Lee designed the League to turn business into a sport where effort, data, and execution determine who wins.

What industries does the League serve?

Right now, the League is focused on the junk removal industry but new Teams will be added for other service niches such as dumpsters, painting, HVAC, and more as qualified Leaders are selected through a licensing program.

Can I start a League in another niche?

We’re currently qualifying applicants to run a BBL License in other industries.
If you’re interested in running your own League Mastermind, fill out the contact form and let us know.

ELIGIBILITY + JOINING

How do I qualify to join the League?

You must have done $500,000+ in sales over the last 12 months and/or averaged $40,000+ per month over the last two months.

How do I officially join the League?
  1. Apply for the Draft
  2. Attend a Training Camp
  3. If your market is open and you’re a fit, you’ll be drafted as the official Player for your territory and begin League play.
What if there’s already a Player in my area?

If there’s already a Player in your market, you cannot attend Training Camp or join the League right now.
However, you can contact us to be placed on the waiting list for when a new Team is formed or a current spot opens.

Will my competition from my market be allowed in?

The League is area-exclusive by Team.

If you’re a Player on the Junk Team, your market is locked within that team — meaning no other junk removal company from your area can join your team.

However, as the League grows, we may form new Teams within the same industry or region. If that happens, additional companies may be accepted — but your information, KPIs, and strategies will never be shared with them.

If a Major League Player from your area applies while you’re a Minor, both may be allowed only if:

  • The Major agrees you can remain, and
  • You’re notified and given the option to stay or withdraw.

Every situation is handled case by case to protect Players while maintaining competition and fairness.

What if I’m not at $500K yet?

If you’re close, stay tuned. The League plans to open future divisions and programs for emerging operators who are ready to grow into the system.

TRAINING CAMP

What is Training Camp?

Training Camp is where business becomes sport. It’s a two-day, in-person event in Raleigh, NC that forces strategy, collaboration, and accountability.

  • Day 1: Player-led Winning Plays where top Players share systems and strategies that grow revenue, improve efficiency, or build stronger teams. Attendees log commitments live into the League software, visible on their Player Profile.
  • Evening: Networking event
  • Day 2: Round-table masterminds with 6–8 Players and a Huddle Coach. You’ll workshop your biggest challenges and leave with a 90-day execution plan.

By stepping away from the day-to-day grind, you’ll return home with a clear plan and the accountability of your peers to make sure you execute it.

Do I have to attend Training Camp to join the League?

Yes. Training Camp is required to qualify for the Draft and ensures every Player aligns with the League’s standards, systems, and accountability culture.

How much does it cost to attend?

For non-Players looking to be drafted, the cost is $1,000 per seat.

Plus-ones are $450.

Tickets purchased within two weeks of the event are $350 more.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable unless your market is already locked by another Player.

Check the Player Map before purchasing.
If you’re close to another Player’s area, contact us to confirm before buying.

What happens after Training Camp?

After Training Camp, leadership reviews attendees and selects one Player per open market for the official Draft.

If you’re drafted, you’ll gain access to all League systems including the Scoreboard, Skool group, virtual calls, and accountability systems.

LEAGUE STRUCTURE

What’s the difference between the Minor and Major League?
  • Minor League: $500K–$1M companies; 2 in-person + 2 virtual Training Camps per year
  • Major League: $1M+ companies; 4 in-person Training Camps per year
Both include monthly masterminds, KPI tracking, and access to all League systems.
What happens if I don’t hit commitments or stop participating?

Just like a great coach forces players out of their comfort zone, the League does the same.
If you don’t show up, fail to submit KPIs, or ignore your commitments, your roster spot can be released and replaced.

The League exists to push you to your full potential not to let you sit on the bench.

What KPIs do you track?

Currently tracked KPIs include:

  • Revenue
  • Average Job Sale (AJS)
  • Load Spread (LS)
  • Revenue Per Payroll Hour (RPPH)
  • On-Site Close Rate (OSCR)
  • Off-Site Cancellation Rate (OSROC)

We’ll continue adding more metrics as the League evolves.

How secure is my data?

The League publishes rankings and averages to the public, not exact numbers, unless you give permission.

We work to protect your data, but as with any collaborative environment, there’s always risk of information sharing.

Anyone caught leaking data is removed immediately, but BBL cannot be held liable for leaks.
If you’re concerned about this, it may not be the right fit.

 COSTS + VALUE

How much does League membership cost after Training Camp?
  • Majors: $1,500/month
  • Minors: $750/month
(All membership levels include event fees.)
What’s included in membership?
  • Weekly KPI submissions and Scoreboard access
  • Monthly Mastermind meetings
  • Monthly “Winning Play” calls
  • Accountability systems and Player Success Manager support
  • Access to League-approved VAs
  • 2–4 Training Camps per year (included)
  • Vendor discounts and group-negotiated deals
Do you have vendor discounts or partnerships?

Yes. The League works together to vet, negotiate, and improve vendor partnerships for tools, marketing, and support services.

Because vendors gain access to multiple Players, not just one company, we secure better pricing and higher service standards.

We also maintain at least two vendors per category to keep competition and quality high. This is an ongoing process and the benefit will increase as the league grows.

OPERATIONS + SUPPORT

Who can I contact if I have questions?

Reach out to Slim, our Player Success Manager, at slim@boldbl.com or text him directly.

Can I bring my GM or key team member to events?

Yes. They’re welcome to attend at the current plus-one rate.

Bringing your leaders helps ensure implementation when you return home.

How much time does the League take each week?

Plan for 1–2 hours per week reviewing KPIs, joining calls, and engaging in Skool plus about 2.5 hours monthly for the formal Mastermind session.

What makes the League worth it?

The structure, scoreboard, and accountability make the difference.

You’ll build consistent habits, execute proven plays, and know exactly how you stack up.

If you play to win the League, you’ll win in business and in life.
